- Maintain day-to-day HR operation control & management, HR plans & daily executions. Ensure all timelines are met.
- Manage/allocate HR staff, supervise work performance in the department, rectify for correction and promote initiatives for improvement, ensure effective utilization of manpower in the team.
- Review related HR proposals from all departments, sign & confirmation from HR before submitting to COO/BOD for final approval.
- Work with Department Heads for counseling & advice/ support regarding human resources matters and solution.
- Provide COO/BOD/department heads with HR reports/data information (eg: headcount, payroll, recruitment, staff business expenses, ect), participating in the process of assessment and solution suggestion.
- Other related HR task/assignment by COO/BOD
