Job Description

1. HR Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a large-scale HR team, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations.
  • Oversee organizational development (OD), compensation & benefits (C&B), administration (Admin), and regional HR teams responsible for recruitment and office administration.

2. HR System Implementation:

  • Transition the company from Excel-based HR management to a comprehensive HR IT/IS system.
  • Implement and manage HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

3. Strategic HR Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.

4. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.

5. Employee Relations and Performance Management:

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

6. Collaboration:

  • Work with Korean HR manger within the business management team.

Job Requirement

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive roles.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases, particularly HR IT/IS systems.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Intermediate or higher English speaking skills.
  • Intermediate or higher Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Shuttle bus: District 7 , District 10, An Suong (District 12)
