Thực hiện nghiên cứu để phát triển các quy trình mới và cải tiến cho sản xuất/ Conduct research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing.
Đảm bảo các quy trình tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn an toàn và chất lượng/ Ensure processes comply with safety and quality standards.
Thiết kế và lập kế hoạch bố trí nhà xưởng/ Design and plan equipment layout.
Thực hiện kiểm tra và giám sát quá trình thực hiện trong suốt quá trình sản xuất/ Conduct tests and monitor the process performance throughout production.
Khắc phục sự cố liên quan đến quy trình sản xuất/ Troubleshoot problems associated with manufacturing processes.
Thực hiện kiểm tra tối ưu hóa/ Perform optimization tests.
Xây dựng các quy trình và thực hành tốt nhất để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm/ Develop routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
Phát triển các hướng dẫn vận hành được tiêu chuẩn hóa cho quá trình nâng cấp/ Develop standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
Lập dự toán chi phí sản xuất/ Estimate production costs.
Huấn luyện viên, cố vấn và đào tạo kỹ sư / Thực tập trong nhóm Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp/ Coach, mentor, and train engineers/ Internship within the Industrial Engineering team.
Thực hiện nghiên cứu quy trình, nghiên cứu thời gian, phân tích và cải thiện hiệu suất và hiệu quả của quy trình/ Conduct process study, time study, analysis and improving process efficiency and effectiveness.
Áp dụng các công cụ Lean Manufacturing và Six Sigma trong toàn bộ cơ sở sản xuất và xưởng gia công/ Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools throughout the manufacturing facility and process.
Hỗ trợ sản xuất hàng loạt, SOP, theo dõi OEE, giảm phế liệu, Năng suất, phá vỡ, Cải tiến máy móc và giám sát quy trình sản xuất để đáp ứng chất lượng, chi phí và sản lượng/ Support mass production, SOP, follow up OEE, scrap reduction, Productivity, break down, Machine improvement and monitoring production process to meet quality, cost and output. Job Requirement
Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân / Kỹ sư Cơ khí hoặc các ngành liên quan/ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
Có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương/ At least 01-year experience at the same position.
Có kinh nghiệm mô phỏng quy trình và quy trình vận hành tiêu chuẩn/ Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với CAD và AutoCAD/ Experience working with CAD and AutoCAD.
Kỹ năng kỹ thuật tiên tiến, tư duy phân tích/ Advanced technical skills, analytical thinking.
Tiếng Anh tốt/ Proficient in English.
