HR System Support
· Assist with data entry and maintenance of employee information in our HR system
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in accordance with company policies and procedures.
· Conduct research and update employee files with missing or outdated information.
· Perform basic data analysis as needed.
· Support HR team with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents.
HR Process Support
· Collaborate with HR professionals to understand and document key HR & Admin processes.
· Design clear and informative flowcharts, diagrams, and infographics using Visio or other visualization tools.
· Work with HR team to tailor visualizations to specific audiences (e.g., managers, employees, stakeholders).
· Develop and maintain a library of standardized HR process visualizations.
· Conduct research on best practices for HR process visualization and stay updated on current trends.
General Support
· Assist with HR projects and special initiatives.
· Maintain organized and confidential filing systems.
Provide administrative support to the HR team.
