- Lead, mentor, and develop the retail team to achieve operational excellence.
- Provide guidance and support to the retail team.
- Plan training and management plan of store retail teams.
4. Financial Management
- Monitor and manage budgets, P&L, and financial performance of the retail operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs and increase profitability.
5. Marketing and Brand Management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with company values and vision.
- Manage visual merchandising and in-store promotions.
6. Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present regular reports on retail performance, including sales, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Use data and insights to make informed business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
