Job Description

Location: VP GOLDEN TIGER VIETNAM, District 7

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and target potential customers. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans tailored to the market. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services. Communicate the company and product values to customers.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure contracts and agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the negotiation process.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Prepare regular reports for management to review progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, procurement, production, import-export, ect., to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by customers in a timely and effective manner. Provide solutions and support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Import Export, Foreign Trade. Language: Fluency in English is a must. Japanese, Korean can be a plus
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales export, with a focus on international markets. Experience in fashion and garment industry, Leather goods/footwear is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer needs.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Ability to negotiate effectively and manage contracts.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions

  • Travel: Frequent travel to meet customers and attend industry events.
  • Hours: Full-time position, may require additional hours to meet sales targets and deadlines.

Additional Information

  • Salary: 8 to 15 million + % commission
  • Benefits: Bonus on sales performance as per company policy, health insurance, annual vacation, ect.

Rank Salary: 15-20tr
