· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
· Minimum 3 – 5 years of work experience in IT support field focused on hardware and infrastructure.
· Excellent knowledge of computer software, hardware, network and security infrastructure.
· Experience in IP telephony, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, MS SQL, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, MS Exchange, and Antivirus software.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivation skills.
· Microsoft or Cisco certification will be an advantage.
· Have experience with SAP ECC6.0 is preferable.
· Have SAP Basis Certificate is one advantage.
· Have knowledge in .NET framework for Windows/Web applications.
· Having knowledge in ABAP programming language is preferable.
· Be able to communicate effectively with all levels.
· Ability English communication (both speaking and writing).
· Proactive attitude and good team work spirit.
· Ability to work independently & under pressure.
· Demonstrate a strong work ethic.
