- Operating ERP software in the company in Viet Nam.
- Supervise the implementation of IT policies at the company in Vietnam and improve and update policies to manage IT more effectively.
- Plan the budget for IT equipment procurement for the Company.
- Design and manage the company's network/server system.
- lation and management of IT infrastructure: Construction of connection systems, internal networks (wired and wireless networks) and external networks.
- Installation of connection equipment systems: user terminals (PC, laptop, printer, LAN, Internet, fax, printer, scanner, etc.), IT equipment, server equipment, storage equipment;
- Information technology system security and risk management, prevention, warning, monitoring of information security and handling risks when there are unsafe incidents.
- Install and configure software and hardware based on user requirements.
- Build and manage information technology lists for users, allocate and recover according to the correct list.
- IT Support: Supports users in handling connection, security, hardware, software installation, email, and connection issues...
- Equipment procurement: Coordinate with departments to select and purchase IT equipment according to regulations.
- Support for installation and storage of camera data, online meeting system, and website management support.
- Maintain IT equipment regularly
- Instructions for using IT for all employees.
- Create statistical database of IT equipment/ PCs/ Laptops in the office.
- Research and advise the Company’s Board of Directors on information technology applications in work to increase labor productivity.
- Perform other tasks related to the scope of information technology within the Company and as requested by superiors
- Graduate from University/ college major IT
