Working in an international context, the IT Technical Coordinator collaborates closely with all the technical teams and performs various actions as part of the Maintenance in Operational Condition.
His / her usual tasks are :
- Monitoring (ITSM tools, monitoring platforms, shared mailboxes)
- Ticket analysis + handling when in scope of L1 team
- Ticket processing + escalation when necessary
- Answering phone calls in English
- Performing daily checks
- Sending of reports and digital communication
He / she will have access to many tools widespread on the market : Service-Now, SAP, Datadog, Veeam, ESET, ...
There are many possibilities of evolution perspectives.
