1. Build and Maintain BI Reporting System:

- Design, develop, and implement BI solutions to support various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business operations.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

3. Data Engineering:

- Collaborate with Data Engineers to design, maintain, and stabilize ETL pipelines.

- Collaborate with Data Engineers onData Management (Data Storage, Data Integration)

- Ensure data quality and consistency across all reports and analysis.

- Maintain up-to-date documentation of data sources, methodologies, and processes.

4. Support Strategic Planning and Decision Making:

- Provide support in delivering data-driven insights to aid in strategic initiatives, such as market analysis, customer segmentation, and product performance evaluation.

- Assist in monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

- Assist in monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of stores, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.

-       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

-        0-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role, preferably in the retail industry.

-       Basic understanding of Data Engineering, such as knowledge of ETL Flows and centralized data management.

-       Intermediate proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar. Intermediate SQL skills and familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).

-       Experience with BI/analytics/statistics tools

-       Basic technical/functional knowledge in data systems (GCP, AWS, Azure)

-       Experience in reading API documentation and testing APIs using tools like Postman is a plus.

-       Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

-       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-       Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

-       Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

-       Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
