Tracking fabric/ trim delivery plan and negotiate better plan with supplier.
Work with QA for plan review sample to stock in fabric/trim
Follow and update Shipping sample tracking list.
Make contract with supplier
Request LD and dev new fabric/ trims with supplier
Work closely with WH controller for fabric Lab test/ blanket delivery plan
Solve problem happen during production
Collect docs and proceed payment
Send request payment to finance team
Make daily fabric/ trim report
Make weekly delivery plan
Other tasks assigned by purchaser supervisor and Manager
Job Requirement
Graduate at College or Bachelor's degree
Good English skills – verbal and written communication required
1 year experience working as Trims or Fabric Purchaser
Deal with supplier from the beginning to the end
Organize and don’t stress with too many paper work.
Can solve problem and take correct decision
