• Responsible for Tax declaration (VAT, CIT, FCT)/Chịu trách nhiệm các báo cáo thuế

• Responsible for financial and management reports monthly, weekly using ERP & Excel/Chịu trách nhiệm các báo cáo tài chính, quản trị tuần, tháng, năm

• Ensure compliance with Tax regulation and Tax Risk Management Plan. Regularly update about Tax incentives from latest free trade agreements (FTA) and governmental supporting policies for Hi-tech and support industries /Đảm bảo tuân thủ các qui định thuế. Lập và triển khai kế hoạch quản lý rủi ro thuế. Cập nhật chính sách thuế từ các hiệp định thương mại tự do và ưu đãi thuế từ chính phủ cho ngành công nghệ cao và công nghệ phụ trợ, công nghệ cao

• Support Department Manager and BOD for legal registrations, applications for favorite tax incentives/Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng và Ban giám đốc về các đăng ký pháp lý, ưu đãi thuế.

• Co-operate with auditing company, tax and other authorities for year-end audit, tax refund/Phối hợp với kiểm toán, các cơ quan thuế và chức năng khác kiểm toán hàng năm, quyết toán, hoàn thuế.

• Ensure legal compliance (Investment agreement, Sale contract, Partner contract, Nondisclosure Agreement)/Đảm bảo tính pháp lý của các hợp đồng thương mại, đầu tư, bảo mật…

• Co-operate for budget planning and forecast revenue, cash flow and Internal Controll/Phối hợp với cấp trên và các phòng ban lập và kiểm soát ngân sách, doanh số, dòng tiền.

• Co-operate with Sales and Finance Team to calculate internal and selling price base on profit plan and daily price of commodities product group and new products/Phối hợp với Kinh doanh và Tài chính tính giá thành và giá bán dựa trên kế hoạch lợi nhuận nhóm sản phẩm tài chính và sản phẩm mới.

• Take part of Team Management, including provide training, daily mentoring and control team members and evaluate them quarterly and yearly/Tham gia quản lý team, bao gồm đào tạo chuyên môn, kèm cặp và kiểm tra công việc các nhân viên trong nhóm và đánh giá họ quí, năm

• Key-user of accounting and finance related modules of ODOO ERP in developing stage. Co-operate with Department Manager for design and test accounting reports and BI reports, master data, procedures and authorization matrix of these moduls/Là Key-user của các môđun kế toán, tài chính và các phần hành liên quan thuộc hệ thống ODOO ERP đang triển khai. Tham gia cùng trưởng phòng thiết kế các báo cáo và kịch bản test các báo cáo, cấu trúc dữ liệu MD, qui trình và phân quyền các mô-đun này

• University graduated with major in Accounting or Auditing, international certified accountants by ACCA, CPA,… preferably/ Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, kiểm toán loại khá trở lên, ưu tiên có chứng chỉ kế toán quốc tế/

• Minimum 3 years equivalent experience as general accountant or chief accountant in professional accounting system, preferably similar models/ Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm kế toán tổng hợp, kế toán trưởng trong các hệ thống kế toán chuyên nghiệp, ưu tiên siêu thị, sản xuất có xuất nhập khẩu doanh số trên 300 triệu năm và dịch vụ

• Experienced in ERP software and BI, ODOO or other ERP in developing stage preferably./ Kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm ERP và BI, ưu tiên ODOO, trong giai đoạn triển khai

• English minimum level B or higher/ Anh văn tối thiểu B trở lên.

• Data Mind-set, continuous learning attitude, honest and hard-working/Tư duy số, cầu tiến, trung thực, trách nhiệm cao và sẵn sàng làm việc với áp lực cao

• Good skills in planning, coordinating, teamlead and communication; preferably in training, coaching/ Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, điều phối, lãnh đạo & truyền thông. Ưu tiên khả năng đào tạo, coaching
