• Full set of P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Monthly financials for reporting .
• Hands-on responsibility for all statutory requirements including audit, company income tax, value added tax, personal income tax, customs, regulatory statistics reporting, etc, to ensure complete compliance with all governmental regulations (including tax) and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
• Monthly transactions: check stocks movement reports, Bank reconciliation, Sales report, Tax reports, Allocation of prepaid expenses.
• Set up local policies and procedures for the efficient, secure running of the business.
• Check, professional guidance of revenue accounting.
• Adjustment errors in the transmission of data from POS to Bravo/Fast, forward accounting intermediary accounts in Bravo/Fast, revenue accounting, VAT sales.
• Control POS system.
• Control, guide employees manipulating transactions in POS systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers POS software to fix the case of errors of the system, ensuring not affect the business operations of company.
• Management Accounting.
• Set up periodic management reports as requested by the Board of Directors and Chief Accountant.
• Analysis, reviews the volatility of revenues, costs.
• Contact with the Bank, to provide the records, data relating to the supply of credit for the project.
• Perform other tasks by the Board of Directors, Chief Accountant assignment.
• Other duties being assigned.

Academic Background: College or University graduate, preferred in Economics, accounting and auditing.

Working Experience: At least 3 - 5  years of working experience in the same position.

Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
