Project Planning: project schedule, material resource, identify and mitigate of project risks and issues.

Project Implement: Track, monitor and updates project progressing; Develop standardize tools and jigs support to production.

Reporting and Standard Documentation: Conduct data analysis and report on project performance; BOM building and standard documents distribution to other teams.

Project Post-implementation: Coordinate with production team to drive project in correct standard and implement improvement if any (or customer's requirement).

Project Cost: provide New Model Information before and after project implement to customer service team.

Comply with the company's management system

Project progressing & weekly report to Head of Section

Other tasks from Head of Section.

Bachelor in engineering, can use 2D, 3D design software, have process knowledge is an advantage.

Microsoft Office level B (Excel, Power Point). 

Good communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual in English and Vietnamese.

Planning, time management and decision skills. 

Analytical and problem-solving skills.  

Project management skills. A good understanding of project management techniques, tools and methods

PMP certification or any equivalent is a plus.
