Working directly at the line on a daily basis will:
• Support Carlsberg Excellence implementation at the line on a shift basis
• Is assigned to the operational area and has capabilities to work (operate) in more than 1 B&P area (brewhouse, fermentation and filtration, SD), understands the process in all B&P areas - Can replace Line (area) Leader in terms of absence • Resource management, Discipline, Training and Developing peers - Operators
• Supports line technical leader on maintenance scheduling
• Process confirmer – vs. SOPs
• Participates in projects within production area (i.e. NPD, CAPEX, SME)
• Has understanding and interpretation of Statistical Process Control Charts for Quality, able to monitor and make process change recommendations based on results.
• Actively works to improve utilities consumptions
• All B&P Technician role requirements applies to this role '
• Schedules production on short term basis,
• Release product between areas and end product
• Leads PMS meeting and Shift Handover
• Supervise external contractors
