Sample testing and analysing

• Perform inspection of package receive and new package from Supplier.
• Perform monitor product-package before and after packing.
• Food safety and insect inspection of package/Goods at warehouse
• Check the item in Certificate of Analysis compare with actual result

Quality report

• Prepare package received testing report of each batch receive.
• Prepare the new package testing report.
• Prepare the Food safety report relative to warehouse and other department.

Maintenance of Lab equipment & devices

• Check the working condition of testing equipment and tools
• Perform simple maintenance & do cleaning of Lab device & equipment frequently
• Not allowed to have any damages of lab devices & equipment caused by negligence

Quality problem solving

• Report issues to Sr. Manager-QA/QC, Assistant Manager-Lab
• Analysis Quality problem/package issue during process
• Proposal solution for solving problem and give prevention for Internal and Customer

Other task

• The other tast base on the arrangement of Superior / Manager

• College, University, major in Food Technology, Chemistry
• The ability to understand, write and converse in English is necessary
• 1-2 years related work experience, Previous work experience with foreign investment enterprise is preference
• Knowledge of chemical, food safety, testing/analysis and identify the food safety risk
• Good computer literacy
