KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support the Lab Doctors’ team with lab results validations and approvals.
2. End-to-end complaint management: investigating complaints, finding the root cause, suggesting corrective and preventive actions, and communicating resolutions to clients/patients/doctors.
3. Perform all required preventive maintenance of the analyzers according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
4. Conduct daily IQC, monitor its performance, troubleshoot the outliers, and document it.
5. Run EQA (PT) samples following the guidelines.
6. Process patients’ samples and ensure timely release of results according to the predefined TAT.
7. Participate in the material management of reagents and consumables.
8. Implement quality guidelines and assist in the preparation and execution of lab audits (internal or external i.e., ISO, DOH 2429 … etc.)
9. Follow safe laboratory practices and adhere to lab policies and regulations.
