Thiết kế và triển khai các quy trình sản xuất tiêu chuẩn, bao gồm cả quản lý vận hành hàng ngày và tối ưu hóa quy trình sản xuất.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận để triển khai các công cụ
Đánh giá hiệu quả và cải tiến liên tục:
Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và đảm bảo các bộ phận thực hiện chương trình WCM tại nhà máy: Basic tools (OPL, OPI, SOP, A3, Quick kaizen,...), dự án, pillar,…để theo dõi hiệu quả của các hoạt động sản xuất.
Phân tích dữ liệu và đưa ra cac biện pháp cải tiến để giảm thiểu lãng phí, nâng cao năng suất
Tiến hành audit định kỳ các hoạt động WCM tại nhà máy.
Hiểu được các Foundation cơ bản như 3S -5S – Visualization – Workplace layout….
Hiểu rõ và có thể hỗ trợ các bộ phận triển khai các trụ cột (Pillar) và các hoạt động cải tiến.
Lead/phối hợp với các bộ phận thực hiện các dự án/ hoạt động nhằm tăng năng suất hoặc mục tiêu của nhà máy.
Thu thập, phân tích, trực quan hóa data để xác định những cơ hội cải tiến trong nhà máy.
Job Requirement
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại Học chuyên ngành quản lý công nghiệp
Có ít nhất 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất ở vị trí như Continuos Improvement, LEAN, ...
Có kinh nghiệm về WCM/ TPM – Total Productive Maintenance/ OE - Operation Excellence/ LEAN/ CI - Continuous Improvement/ IE - Industry Engineering
Ưu tiên có chứng nhận về six sigma
Tiếng anh giao tiếp tốt
Khả năng phân tích, báo cáo tốt
