Ø Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals
Ø Deploy a wide variety of training methods
Ø Analyze training needs of department to develop appropriate training programs
Ø Plan and deliver training on various topics such as orientation, soft skills, managements skills, etc.
Ø Work in a team to design and expand training and development programs based on the needs
Ø Manage training budget and spending run rate effectively
Ø Lead yearly Training Need Analysis (TNA) to address the right needs
Ø Prepare reports of Training programs for monitoring and evaluation purposes. Propose and execute improvements based on evaluation results, feedback.
Ø Research, propose Training Vendors and prepare working process with them
Ø Manage the training roadmap for all employees according to career progression
Ø Develop e-learning course content in various formats
Ø Coordinate in developing an in-house Trainer/Facilitator pool to deliver in-house programs
Ø Coordinate in designing and delivering learning solutions to strengthen succession pool
Ø Facilitate logistics for learning events and knowledge sharing sessions, coordinate learning activities as planned
Ø Manage and produce multiple learning plan, activities simultaneously
Ø Participate in HR projects which support enhancing company values
Ø Other assignments as assigned by Line Manager
