· Collaborate with managers and supervisors to identify and assess training needs across the company.

· Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs, materials, and resources, utilizing various formats such as classroom training, e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job training.

· Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions to address these gaps.

· Ensure training programs align with organizational goals, business objectives, and industry best practices.

· Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of training programs, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and effectively.

· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to measure the impact on employee performance and overall organizational success.

· Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in learning and development methodologies and incorporate new techniques and technologies into training programs as appropriate.

· Collaborate with external training providers, consultants, and vendors to leverage external expertise and resources when needed.

· Develop and maintain training budgets, monitor expenses, and provide regular reports on training activities and outcomes to management.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to training and development activities.

· Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

·     Work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales and Service Trainer or similar role.

·     Good at English communication both verbal and oral.

·     Master various Sales and Customer Service training techniques (e.g. game, case studies, and role playing and group activities, online training, on-the-job training).

·     Previous experience in luxury goods is preferred.

·     Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related training design tools.

·     Excellent presentation and communication skills.

·     Keen on learning new knowledge and skills.

·    Ability to motivate and excite employees.
