The main duty is to assist and provide support on leasing management of Gamuda Boulevard Shop House at Celadon City for retail leasing purpose. Key roles include pioneering leasing team besides presenting and leasing properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to scout for potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates
Trách nhiệm chính là hỗ trợ Quản lý cho thuê mặt bằng Dự án Đại Lộ Gamuda tại Celadon City về việc cho thuê. Các nhiệm vụ chủ yếu bao gồm lãnh đạo bộ phận cho thuê trình bày và cho thuê các bất động sản. Mục tiêu là làm việc với khách thuê tiềm năng, chuyển thành khách hàng thực sự và đạt mục tiêu tỷ lệ cho thuê cao.

1. Ensure the successful leasing of retail, food and beverage outlets, offices and all other leasable space,
in line with the commercial terms set out in the leasing budget.
Đảm bảo thành công trong việc cho thuê khu bán lẻ, khu ẩm thực, văn phòng và các khu cho thuê
khác theo các điều khoản đã đặt ra.
2. Ensure that the leasing strategies and policy is strictly adhered to at all times.
Đảm bảo chiến lược và chính sách cho thuê được thực hiện một cách nghiêm túc.
3. Perform and ascertain market intelligence in order to gain information that would lead to maximizing
the mix and quality of the tenant representation within the project
Tiếp cận và định vị thị trường để có được thông tin hữu ích nhằm tối đa hóa danh mục khách hàng và
chất lượng của khách thuê trong dự án.
4. Maintain strong relationships with tenants in order to facilitate the addition of their concepts as part of
the leasing strategy and to build and maintain relationships.
Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với khách thuê để hỗ trợ về các ý tưởng phát triển như là một
phần của chiến lược cho thuê.
5. Create tenant profiles and accurate databases for each tenant category so as to facilitate information
retrieval and ensure a proper follow-up.
Tạo hồ sơ khách hàng và cơ sở dữ liệu chính xác cho từng khách thuê, để hỗ trợ việc phục hồi thông
tin và đảm bảo chăm sóc việc khách hàng hợp lý.
6. Conduct presentations and site visits for prospective tenants in order to promote Cultural Village as a
unique retail destination.
Trình bày và hướng dẫn khách thuê tham quan dự án để giới thiệu Làng Văn hóa như là một điểm
đến đặc biệt.
7. Co-ordinate with other parties regarding changes in design and implications on retail outlets.
Hợp tác với các bên liên quan trong việc điều chỉnh thiết kế và thi công các cửa hàng bán lẻ.
8. Work with the tenant coordination team in transitioning from executed contracts through to the
handover of tenant spaces and commencement of fit out, through to trading.
Làm việc với khách thuê trong việc chuyển giao từ giao đoạn ký hợp đồng đến khi bàn giao, sửa chữa
và đi vào hoạt động.
9. To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety, Health, Environment related to the
job scope and work place as required by the company.
Tuân thủ và tuân thủ mọi vấn đề về Chất lượng, An toàn, Sức khỏe, Môi trường liên quan đến phạm
vi công việc và địa điểm làm việc theo yêu cầu của công ty.
10. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Bất kỳ nhiệm vụ nào khác sẽ được Ban quản lý giao theo thời gian.

Person Specifications
Qualifications : Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or Related Discipline 
Bằng cấp : Cử nhân Marketing/ Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc có liên quan.
Experience : Minimum 3 years’ experience with Retail Leasing Team 
Kinh nghiệm : Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm về làm việc trong ngành bán lẻ cho thuê.
Specific skills / abilities : Understanding of merchandising, including mix, quality, and branding adjacency, layering and bundling Commercial and negotiation skills and ability to understand contracts. Must be fully computer literate, with a comprehensive ability to write and converse in English.
Kỹ năng : Giỏi về bán hàng, bao gồm danh mục ngành hàng, chất lượng, thương hiệu. kỹ thuật. Có kỹ năng thương mại, đàm phán và hiểu biết về hợp đồng. Phải sử dụng máy tính thành thạo, có thể nói và viết tiếng Anh tốt. 
Personal qualities : Must be professionally presentable and able to communicate in a businesslike manner at all times and at all levels. 
Phẩm chất : Phải giỏi trong việc trình bày và có khả năng giao tiếp tốt.
