- Advice, monitor and control all legal and compliance aspects of the entire company
- Provide advice and update to the management team on regulatory development
- Ensure that the company complies with applicable regulations and requirements
- Consult and supervise all company agreements
- Execution of the compliance related training for employees
- Support local business functions in their interactions with external parties’ Compliance Officers and auditors
- Manage and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies
- Work with other departments on compliance, employee relations, and core operations
- Legal documents and contracts
- Perform other duties as assigned
