Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Review and amend contractual documents including participating negotiation process in supporting business (where required) to ensure the mitigation of legal risks while business objectives can be satisfactory by considering practical and commercial solutions.

· When required, review, update and advise the management, business, and support functions about local regulatory developments, market best practices/developments on legal compliance.

· When required, provide legal advice to the management, business, and support functions in responding legal related inquiries with in-depth analysis and commercial-oriented solutions.

· Coordinate to deliver legal projects and audit-related matters (if required).

· Contract filing & management, admin works relating to legal.

· Other assignments by the supervisor, and line manager from time to time.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

1.     Education background requirements:

-        Bachelor of Law.

2.     Experience/Industry requirements:

-        At least 3-4 years of in-house legal experience; drafting and reviewing legal documents.

-        Analytical and forward-thinking.

-        Solution-oriented decision making.

-        Intermediate level in English.

-        Solid communication and presentation skills.

-        Ability to work independently on the assignments.

-        Ability to deal with and handle multiple priorities.

-        Ability to work with multiple functions as a trusted partner.

3.     Competency requirements:

-        Analysis & Problem Solving: Identifies and analyses a range of problems by isolating key issues, evaluating relevant data and reaching logical conclusions.

-        Client Centric: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.

-        Communication: Communicates confidently and professionally, respecting the audience, engendering confidence and trust from external stakeholders and from individuals, teams, departments and the company.

Accountability & Ownership: Plans and balances a range of tasks, assignments, projects and resources. Is able to cope with conflicting demands without undue disruption in order to get things done.
