Working in an international context, the level 1 ERP consultant performs fully documented tasks and also contributes to the Maintenance in Operational Condition by working with the level 2 team.
His / her usual tasks are :
- Monitoring (ITSM tools, monitoring platforms, shared mailboxes)
- Ticket analysis
- Collaboration with level 2 team
- Open mind and good English level are required : you are expected to participate during the meetings
- Performing daily checks
- Sending of reports and digital communication
- Training in order to join the level 2 team
He / she will have access to many tools widespread on the market : Service-Now, SAP, PagerDuty, ...
The candidate applying to this position must have strong interest in ERP systems and the wish to become SAP Basis consultant within 2-3 years.
