JOB PURPOSE

To perform scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs on all electrical systems, equipment, as well as to review maintenance schedules and adjust them as necessary to keep systems functioning at peak levels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please list down at least 4)

• Routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances.
• Identifying faults or hazards.
• Troubleshooting system failures.
• Reviewing blueprints to understand wiring placement.
• Testing of electrical systems with oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ohmmeters.
• Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures.
• Responding to fault requests.
• Providing suggestions for equipment replacement.
• Writing electrical maintenance reports.
• Installing new electrical equipment and appliances in the factory.
• Adhering to safety and performance standards.
• Other tasks as requested by the department head.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Production area in the factory. Nature of the job involves constant occupational hazards.

• Định kỳ kiểm tra hệ thống điện như hệ thống dây điện, đồ đạc và các thiết bị điện.
• Xác định lỗi hoặc mối nguy hiểm.
• Khắc phục sự cố lỗi hệ thống.
• Xem lại bản thiết kế để hiểu vị trí nối dây.
• Kiểm tra hệ thống điện bằng máy hiện sóng, vôn kế, ôm kế.
• Tiến hành sửa chữa bảo trì các thiết bị cũ hoặc bị lỗi.
• Phản hồi các yêu cầu lỗi.
• Đưa ra đề xuất thay thế thiết bị.
• Viết báo cáo bảo trì điện.
• Lắp đặt mới các thiết bị, ứng dụng điện trong nhà máy.
• Tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn an toàn và hiệu quả.
• Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của trưởng bộ phận.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing field
