Reporting to the Head of Service & Solution you will be responsible for:

· Planning and forecasting traffic, CR (Conversion rate), and other key performance indicators (KPIs)

· Setting monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets

· Monitoring actual vs. target performance review (daily & month-to-date)

· Assisting the Head Business Officer on key business decisions through analyses on ad-hoc basis

· Driving important processes throughout the Campaign & Merchandise team to ensure deadlines

· Weekly/ monthly/ quarterly report control, building report template

· Training/ support internal team in terms of data validation, checking the accuracy

· P&L & cost controller

• Goal better, data-driven, can-do attitude, open and supportive mindset
• Very strong knowledge of Excel (experience in financial modelling preferred)
• Very good command of English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate complex problems effectively
• Understand about marketing metrics & data
• Ability to use excel and SQL to extract, analyze data and prepare reports
• Understand about ecommerce platform
