Social Media Management (60%):
- Develop and implement the company's social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Zalo, Website, etc.
- Write creative and engaging content to attract followers and boost interaction.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media channels.
- Manage online channels, answer queries, and respond to customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and effective posting schedule.
Supervision & Coordination of Activities (30%):
- Coordinate with marketing partners and agencies to support and manage campaigns.
- Be responsible for managing and coordinating promotional gifts for campaigns.
- Track, evaluate, and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.
Event Support (10%):
- Assist in organizing and implementing the company's offline marketing events (infrequently).
- Be able to travel for business trips when required.
