· Assist in the development of marketing strategies for AIM as whole and each of the divisions within. Manage and oversee the execution of those plans.

· In charge of internal and external marketing and included all facets of marketing and branding of every one of the company’s existing and potential touch points with all of its stakeholders, especially customers, employees and the market at large, but also with suppliers and potential investors.

· Touch point examples include but are not limited to events, meetings, presentations, name cards, uniforms, signage on jobs, websites and digital marketing.

Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

·        Strong knowledge of digital marketing, having experience in marketing is a plus

·      Excellent design intuition/skills and project management skills

·      Good organization skills, negotiating skills and time management 

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills both English and Vietnamese, especially written and graphic.

·      Strong design IT skills related to photo, video and graphics. This would include photo and video software (example photoshop, etc.)
