***We are seeking a potential Marketing Leader with a strong foundation in Branding, especially for TikTok platform to join the young dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating, optimizing the branding strategy & expanding the influence of the brands to get a higher market share.***
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze the market, research competitors to develop suitable marketing strategies for each brand;
- Plan marketing for the company's brands;
- Synthesize and report marketing indicators, brand revenue weekly, monthly, yearly;
- Manage the team including: Shooting, Editing, Content, Booking.
1. KOL collaboration:
- Manage & evaluate the KOL, KOC, Influencers booking plan;
- Monitor and censor the content quality of KOLs, KOCs, Influencers.
2. Content Marketing:
- Plan to build and develop target content, control posting schedule and deploy on channels and media platforms (Facebook, Reel, TikTok, YouTube, Landing Page, ...);
- Manage the content creation process from idea to posting to attract potential customers.
- Manage and coordinate the team during the filming process.
3. Performance Marketing:
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing department to deploy advertising campaigns;
- Monitor the results of advertising campaigns & make recommendations for advertising optimization.
