We are seeking a potential Marketing Leader. You will be responsible for optimizing the Marketing strategy & product strategy to get a higher market share.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze the market, research competitors to develop suitable marketing strategies and product strategies;
- Organize and implement strategies: convert into plans, with specific goals and actions, assign units to implement and evaluate implementation results.
- Conduct analysis to serve the decision-making of the General Director;
- Manage the team including: KOL, Content (filming & editing).
Content Marketing:
- Plan to build and develop target content, control posting schedule and deploy on channels and media platforms (Facebook, Reel, TikTok, Youtube, Landing Page, ...);
- Manage the content creation process from idea to posting to attract potential customers;
- Manage and coordinate the team during the filming process.
KOL collaboration:
- Manage & evaluate the KOL, KOC, Influencers booking plan;
- Monitor and censor the content quality of KOLs, KOCs, Influencers.
Performance Marketing:
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing department to deploy advertising campaigns;
- Monitor the results of advertising campaigns & make recommendations for advertising optimization.
