***We are seeking a responsible, pro-active & enthusiastic Marketing manager. You will be responsible for optimizing the Marketing strategy, branding & product strategy to get a higher market share of our brands***
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze the market, research competitors to develop suitable marketing strategies and product strategies;
- Organize and implement strategies: convert into plans, with specific goals and actions, assign units to implement and evaluate implementation results;
- Conduct analysis to serve the decision-making of the Directors;
- Manage 3 teams including: Booking KOLs team, Content team, Video team;
- Work closely with Operation & Graphics Design.
1.Content Marketing:
- Plan to build and develop target content, control posting schedule and deploy on channels and media platforms (Facebook, Reel, TikTok, Youtube, Landing Page, ...);
- Manage the content creation process from idea to posting to attract potential customers;
- Manage and coordinate the team during the filming process.
2.KOL collaboration:
- Manage & evaluate the KOL, KOC, Influencers booking plan;
- Monitor and censor the content quality of KOLs, KOCs, Influencers.
3.Branding:
- Manage & plan creative concepts, multimedia design, art direction;
- Manage & orient graphic visual design (visual, posters, product packaging design...).
4.Performance Marketing:
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing department to deploy advertising campaigns;
- Monitor the results of advertising campaigns & make recommendations for advertising optimization.
