I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Monitor, track, and follow up on FOB, Logistic Cost by Shipment - SKUs and Third Party includes Y4A’s Service and Outsources.
• Coordinate with Accounting team in resolving related processes.
• Closely track inventory and analysis to recommend solutions to Operations team.
• Compile and manage performance dashboard, reports, slide packs for performance reviews KPIs Sourcing and Operations team.
• Contribute to the Decision making process, offering recommendations, formulating workable solution to problems and act as a peer review in partnership Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistic, Warehouse.
• Evaluation the Financial and Non-Financial View of the Adhocs projects and Optimization Supply Chain.

II. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Experience
  •  5+ years of professional experience in multinational corporations, dedicated to roles related to data cleansing and data migration projects as part of big ERP migration programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamic is a plus.
  • Proven track record in developing and successfully delivering realistic data cleansing & migration concepts and solutions as part of ERP migrations.
  • Experience in understanding, developing, and enforcing data quality standards as part of the data cleansing journey.
  • Ecommerce experience is a plus.
• Education
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Major in Finance and Accounting/Business Administration/Economics/Computer science.
• Skill
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, systems, business process and practices.
  • Strong analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions.
  • Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results.
  • General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow.
