1. Make material plan according to production plan.

• When receive a SO to release draft WO, Materials Planner should then create the Materials Report (Volume) base on BOM and materials non-allocated quantity (special is Veneer and woods)/Khi nhận 1 đơn đặt hàng của Sales để đưa ra WO, nhân viên kế hoạch vật tư nên tạo ra báo cáo vật tư (Volume) dựa trên BOM và các vật tư chưa được phân bổ (đặc biệt là veneer và gỗ.
• When release draft WO, COM1 materials should be orderred /Khi đã làm bản thảo WO, phải đặt vật tư cho Com1
• When receive the Carcass WO, Carcass materials should be arrange to ordered/ Khi nhận WO từ carcass, cần đặt hàng.
• When COM1/COM2 or Carcass complete the item, Materials Planner will then close the WO to release the materials allocation and clear the Outstanding for each division (COM1/COM2/Carcass) / Khi Com1/Com2 or Carcass hoàn thành các vật tư, kế hoạch vật tư cần đóng lại và phân bổ và làm sạch các WO.

2. Make Material Forcast, Material Monthly Plan

There are 2 exbihtion in a year (Oct and Apr), Materials Planner will then make the forecast materials report base on the potential item can be sold, then get BOD approval to order in advance (special is Veneer and woods)/ Hằng năm có 2 cuộc triển lãm, Nhân viên vật tư sẽ làm báo cáo vật tư dự toán dựa trên các mục có thể được bán, sau đó xin chấp thuận của BOD để đặt hàng.

3. Working with expeditor and production (COM1/COM2/Carcass) to know the daily actual status of production and scheduling material delivery./ Lảm việc với người thúc hàng và sản xuất (Com 1/Com2/Carcass) để biết tình trạng thực tế hằng ngày của sản xuất và lên lịch phân phối vật tư.

4. Analyzing the actual consumption in latest months to calculate the monthly average consumption/ Phân tích thực tế tiêu dùng trong tháng gần nhất để tính toán chi tiêu trung bình hằng tháng

5. Combining all above information to determine quantity to purchase & logical delivery schedule in order to save the capital, ordering cost, inventory holding cost & warehouse space./Kết hợp các thông tin trên để đưa ra số lượng đặt hàng và lịch phân bổ nhằm tiết kiệm tài sản, chi phí đặt hàng, chi phí kho lưu trữ.

6. Following all Material delivery from issue PR to receive/ Theo dõi tất cả sự phân phát vật tư từ khâu đặt hàng đến khâu nhận hàng.

• University graduated required./ Tốt nghiệp đại học.
• At least 03 year experience in a similar position  /Kinh nghiệm 3 năm với vị trí tương đương.
• Previous experience of working in manufacturing company with over 1,000 employees, furniture industry is a plus./Kinh nghiêm làm việc tại công ty sản xuất với qui mô trên 1000 nhân viên.
• Knowledgeable about furniture making processes/ Kiến thức về qui trình làm hàng nội thất.
• Good  management skill (planning, organizing, Problem Solving, communication skill, negotiation skill and Continual Self-Learning) /Kỹ năng quản lý tốt (lập kế hoạch, tổ chức, kỹ năng giao tiếp,đàm phát và tự học)
• Professional working manner and attitude, confident. /Phong cách làm việc chuyên nghiệp.
• An honest and diligent character and be devoted to work./Thân thiện, siêng năng và cống hiến trong công việc.
• Reliable, accurate and hard working.
• Can work under high pressure
