• Arrange all material booking (fabric & trims). Take a record of all consumption of each style what you have checked & send it to New York Office

• Making balance sheet and arrange all material to factory for production

• Solve fabric/trims problems with garment factories & fabric Mills, supplier

• Solve the problem with garment factories during production.

• To manage and report on the critical path for all production and ensure delivery dates are tracked and met.

• Liaise between US office, buyer, supplier & factory to ensure all communications understood and followed through.

• Ensure all material delivery on time

• Arrange & Monitor all samples and send them on time.

• Coordinate with a QC team to solve the problem.

• Sourcing local trims & garment factories.

• Will discuss more detail about tasks.

Handle packing:

- Check packing method with customer, do suggestion if they need until get approval.

- Work with supplier to develop new item & submit to customer for approval before place order.

- Place packing trim order (polybag, carton,..), follow up and resolve the issue if happen.

- Submit payment request & follow up.

- Instruct packing method to fty. Check & approve

- Follow packing status, communicate & resolve issue with fty.

Shipping:

- Make shipment plan base on the delivery date to book container/vessel for each shipment.

- Follow up the booking between fty and FWD.

- Make shipping doc & follow payment related (CM, FOB, DDP, freight charge,…)

- Follow up the shipment until deliver to customer.

- Update shipping report to head office & customer.

** Priority a merchandiser had experience to handle the production (specially packing stage), have knowledge about the shipment oversea, import/export.

• Vietnamese male or female with more than 1 years working experience in the garment field.
• Experience in woven shirt/pants/skirt/vest set/ suit set/blazer/fleece jacket/knitwear with ability to foresee, report & solve issues.
• Experience in fabric booking & solving a problem.
• Good in speaking/writing/listening English.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Ability to work with garment factories/Supplier/buyer.
• From 25 to 35 years old.
