• Vận dụng tốt kiến thức về bản vẽ cơ khí, kích thước hình học và dung sai của thiết bị.
• Thực hiện gia công chi tiết máy cơ bản.
• Xử lý sự cố và giảm tối đa thời gian dừng máy.
• Kiểm soát và chuẩn bị phụ tùng thay thế dự phòng cho máy móc nhằm đảm bảo xử lý kịp thời.
• Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ cho tất cả thiết bị, máy móc.
• Tham gia cải tiến nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của máy móc.
• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Nhân viên cài đặt máy thuộc bộ phận Sản xuất để đảm bảo thiết bị hoạt động ổn định.
• Thực hiện bảo trì và sửa chữa các hệ thống của tòa nhà.
• Đáp ứng nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu do cấp trên đề ra.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Regularly inspect equipment and machinery to promptly come up with solutions to minimize machine failures.
• Apply knowledge of mechanical drawing, geometric dimension, and tolerance of equipment at work.
• Be responsible for machining basic parts.
• Troubleshoot and minimize downtime.
• Manage and prepare spare parts for machinery to ensure timely solving of problems.
• Carry out periodic maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Propose improvements to enhance machine performance.
• Work closely with the Setter of the Production department to ensure stable operation of the machinery.
• Perform maintenance and repair of building systems.
• Fulfil other tasks according to the requirements of superior.

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật cơ khí, chế tạo máy.
• Có kiến thức chuyên sâu về kỹ thuật cơ khí trong lĩnh vực bảo trì nhà máy.
• Kỹ năng vẽ AutoCAD 2D & 3D (như SolidWorks hoặc tương đương).
• Sử dụng thành thạo máy tiện, máy phay cơ bản.
• Ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bảo trì trong nhà máy.
• Có kiến thức sử dụng tin học văn phòng, sử dụng thành thạo MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet.
• Sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh là một lợi thế.
• Trực hỗ trợ bộ phận Sản xuất qua điện thoại hoặc đến trực tiếp nhà máy khi có sự cố ngoài giờ làm việc (nếu cần).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional knowledge of mechanical engineering in the field of plant maintenance.
• AutoCAD skills in 3D & 2D model drawing (such as SolidWorks or equivalent).
• Proficient in using basic lathe, milling, and welding machines.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of factory maintenance.
• Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet.
• Good English is an advantage.
• On-call to support the Production department or come to the factory to troubleshoot machinery outside working hours (if necessary).
