• Tiếp đón khách hàng niềm nở, hướng dẫn khách hàng cụ thể, chi tiết.
• Lấy số thứ tự khám bệnh cho khách hàng.
• Hướng dẫn khách hàng vị trí các Phòng khám, Xét nghiệm, Chẩn đoán hình ảnh, thứ tự khám bệnh và cận lâm sàng …
• Đưa khách đến các Phòng khám, Xét nghiệm, Chẩn đoán hình ảnh …
• Tiếp nhận ý kiến phàn nàn của khách hàng, báo cáo cho trưởng phòng Chăm sóc khách hàng để giải quyết ngay.
• Phiên dịch cho khách hàng khi được yêu cầu, dịch trong lúc khách hàng khám bệnh, chữa bệnh và dịch hồ sơ của khách hàng.
• Dịch phiếu khám, các xét nghiệm, các kết quả chẩn đoán hình ảnh, đơn thuốc … của khách hàng để chuẩn bị cho second opinion hoặc chuẩn bị cho khách hàng ra nước ngoài khám bệnh, chữa bệnh.
• Lưu trữ hồ sơ theo đúng quy định của Phòng khám.
• Tham gia các buổi đào tạo, họp, giao ban đầy đủ
• Phối hợp với bác sĩ, điều dưỡng để hỗ trợ cho khách hàng không phải chờ lâu.
• Phối hợp với phòng điều dưỡng chuẩn bị hồ sơ khám đoàn, trả kết quả khám đoàn.
• Thực hiện thêm các công việc khác do Trưởng phòng CSKH giao.

• Receive customer complaints, report to Customer Services Manager for immediate resolution.
• Interpreting for customers when required, translating while customers are examining and treating, and translating customer records.
• Translating the customer's examination form, tests, imaging results, prescriptions, etc. to prepare for the second opinion or for the customer to go abroad for medical examination and treatment.
• Maintain records in accordance with the Clinic's regulations.
• Attend training sessions, meetings, and briefings.
• Coordinate with doctors and nurses to support customers without having to wait long.
• Coordinating with the nursing department to prepare records of the group examination and return the results.
• Perform other duties as requested by Customer Services Manager.

1. Bằng cấp: Tốt nghiệp Đại học.

2. Kinh nghiệm: Có ít nhất 02 năm kinh nghiệm làm nhân viên Chăm sóc khách hàng hoặc Phiên dịch, có ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở Bệnh viện, Phòng khám.

3. Tin học: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, phần mềm Bệnh viện/Phòng khám.

4. Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh ( B2-C2) và Tiếng Hàn (thành thạo)

5. Kỹ năng mềm:  Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt,  Kỹ năng giải quyết tình huống,  Chi tiết, tỉ mỉ, Cẩn thận

6.Ưu tiên: Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Bệnh viện, Phòng khám Quốc tế.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree: Graduated from University.

2. Experience: Experienced at least 02 years as Customer Services Officer or Interpreter, having at least 01 years in hospital, clinic.

3. Computer: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Hospital/Clinic software.

4. Foreign language: English ( B2-C2)   and Korean (fluently)

5. Soft skills: Good communicaton skill, Problem solving skill, Detailed, meticulous, Careful

6. Priority: Experience working in International Hospitals and Clinics is preferred.
