ACCESSORY PURCHASING/TRIM

Description - Receiving the new orders: check, calculate and buy the materials (domestic and foreign) to catch up with the production schedule.

- Looking for the new suppliers in Viet Nam and oversea.

- Develop new items in many suppliers to find the best quality and price to achieve the highest profits.

- Flexibly use stock to avoid being nonmarketable so long.

- Manage the material warehouse and the finished-product warehouse. Following up the daily input and output of the warehouse, make the report to Accounting Department.

- Make a payment and report the Debit Note to the supplier and head office

- Make the production report at the end of every month and report to the parent company.

-Combine the IMP/Exp team to input the goods to the factory

- Tiếp nhận đơn hàng mới: kiểm tra, tính toán và mua nguyên vật liệu (trong và ngoài nước) để kịp tiến độ sản xuất.

- Tìm kiếm các nhà cung cấp mới ở Việt Nam và nước ngoài.

- Phát triển mặt hàng mới ở nhiều nhà cung cấp để tìm ra chất lượng, giá cả tốt nhất nhằm đạt lợi nhuận cao nhất.

- Linh hoạt sử dụng hàng tồn kho để tránh tình trạng không bán được lâu.

- Quản lý kho nguyên liệu và kho thành phẩm.

- Theo dõi tình hình xuất nhập hàng ngày của kho, lập báo cáo cho Phòng Kế toán.

- Thực hiện thanh toán và báo cáo Nợ cho nhà cung cấp và trụ sở chính - Lập báo cáo sản xuất cuối mỗi tháng và báo cáo công ty mẹ.

-Kết hợp đội IMP/Exp nhập hàng vào nhà máy

- Giao tiếp tiếng anh cơ bản

- Có kinh nghiệm mua hàng ngành may.

- Nếu chưa có kinh nghiệm, ưu tiên sinh viên tốt nghiệp ngành may.

- Chịu khó, cẩn thận.
