- Research new technology to improve quality, productivity and cost

- Prepare 2D-3D mold design drawings according to standards, standard samples, limited samples and other standards.

- Design and repair mold to improve performance

- Perform quality inspection and assessment of manufacturing molds.

- Report and send mold approvals, JIG, JIG printing, JIG inspection and send to relevant departments.

- Calculate mold structure for quotation

- Nghiên cứu công nghệ mới để nâng cao chất lượng, năng suất và giá thành

- Lập bản vẽ thiết kế khuôn 2D-3D theo tiêu chuẩn, mẫu chuẩn, mẫu giới hạn và chuẩn khác.

- Thiết kế khuôn hoàn chỉnh và sửa khuôn, cải tiến khuôn để nâng cao hiệu suất

- Thực hiện kiểm tra đánh giá chất lượng khuôn mẫu chế tạo.

- Báo cáo và gửi các bản phê duyệt khuôn, JIG, in JIG, kiểm tra JIG và gửi đến các bộ phận liên quan.

- Tính toán kết cấu khuôn báo giá.
