• Tìm kiếm nhà cung ứng (trong và ngoài nước), lựa chọn nhà cung ứng phù hợp, đàm phán giá cả, lập đơn hàng, làm thủ tục mua hàng, theo dõi hàng về;
Searching for suppliers (domestic and foreign), selecting suitable suppliers, negotiating prices, making orders, completing purchase procedures, tracking goods;
• Theo dõi tiến độ các đơn hàng, giám sát chất lượng sản phẩm, số lượng hàng hóa.
Track the progress of orders, monitor product quality, quantity of goods.
• Theo dõi tồn kho ở kho Tổng và tồn kho của công ty
Monitor inventory at Total warehouse and companys inventory
• Theo dõi và làm thanh toán cho Nhà Cung cấp
Follow up and make payments to Suppliers
• Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng và nhận hàng, phối hợp giải quyết/báo cáo các tình huống sự cố phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện
Coordinate with related departments in the process of contract performance and receipt of goods, coordinate in solving/reporting incident situations arising during implementation;

Skills in negotiation, communication, presentation.....
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp.
