- Contact prospective customers by phone or email

- Track potential customer data

- Provide precise information for prospective student about educational programs offer at APU American International School, which includes program information, tuition fee, payment options, etc.

- Keep track of student info, make sure students’ records always updated and precise

- Understand and maintains current knowledge of school’s policies and all other processes

- Understand and keep up to date on the program offered and admission procedures

- Participate effectively in other marketing activities and events to spread the image of APU

- And other assigned duties by the head of department

- Fluent in English communication

- Tìm kiếm thông tin khách hàng tiềm năng

- Cung cấp thông tin chính xác về các chương trình đạo tạo, hợp tác liên kết, được cung cấp tại APU, bao gồm thông tin khoá học, yêu cầu đầu vào, học phí, quy trình thanh toán học phí, v.v…

- Lưu giữ thông tin học sinh/sinh viên; luôn cập nhật chính xác hồ sơ học sinh/sinh viên

- Hiểu rõ các qui định, qui chế của công ty về tuyển sinh

- Nắm bắt các thông tin chương trình học tập, học bổng được cung cấp tại APU và các qui trình quản lí học sinh, sinh viên mới.

- Tích cực tham gia vào các hoạt động marketing, sự kiện để nhân rộng hình ảnh của APU

- Những công việc khác theo yêu cầu của trưởng bộ phận

- Have at least 1 year of experience in the similar position.

- Be proficient in English skills

- Be active, honest, responsible and enthusiastic

- Nice tone of voice

- Sale experience is preferred.
