Responsible for verifying and resolving customer’s requirements.
Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure the logistics process.
Take responsibility for daily tracking and monitoring promotion activity plan; inventory level and identify follow-up actions as needed.
Verify and reconcile supporting documents such as invoices, contracts, liquidation, claim statements, etc. to ensure accurate bookings and payments.
Timely payment processing and ensure in accordance with payment terms.
Manage office administration, contract services, and ensure effective and efficient office services to support business at all times.
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
At least 2 years of experience in related positions.
Comfortable in handling detailed processes and information
Proficient in analyzing various types of risks, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
Maintain a can-do attitude when learning info and mastering the knowledge needed
Passionate marketer with open-mind and definitely a team player
