- Điều hành hiệu quả hoạt động của các phòng ban trực thuộc (IT, Mua hàng, Kinh doanh, Marketing, Biomed, khối hỗ trợ hành chánh) / Directing the effective operation of affiliated departments (IT, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Biomed, administrative support)

- Phát triển dịch vụ mới cải tiến việc kinh doanh và hiệu suất của bệnh viện/ New service development improves hospital business and performance

- Phối hợp với CMO, CNO & CQO triển khai thực hiện các hoạt động, chương trình đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ, an toàn người bệnh và gia tăng sự hài lòng của bệnh nhân/ Coordinate with CMO, CNO & CQO to implement activities and programs to ensure service quality, patient safety and increase patient satisfaction

- Đảm bảo việc xây dựng, đào tạo và phát triển năng lực đội ngũ vận hành cho toàn bệnh viện/ Ensure the building, training and capacity development of the operation team for the whole hospital.

- Phát triển và thúc đẩy sự hợp tác hiệu quả giữa các khoa lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng, khối dịch vụ hỗ trợ và các dịch vụ có liên quan khác trong và ngoài bệnh viện/ Develop and promote effective collaboration between clinical, paraclinical specialty, support services and other related services inside and outside the hospital.

- Định kỳ sơ kết, tổng kết công tác báo cáo theo quy định & chủ động báo cáo các bất thường để kịp thời xin ý kiến chỉ đạo Định kỳ sơ kết, tổng kết công tác báo cáo theo quy định & chủ động báo cáo các bất thường để kịp thời xin ý kiến chỉ đạo/Periodically review and summarize reporting work according to regulations & proactively report abnormalities to promptly seek advice and direction irregularities to promptly seek guidance

Trình độ & Kinh nghiệm/ Experience & Knowledge:

-        Tối thiểu là Đại học chuyên ngành Quản lý bệnh viện, Quản trị kinh doanh. Ưu tiên có các bằng cấp về chuyên môn y khoa. Có chứng chỉ hành nghề nếu có kiêm nhiệm công tác khám chữa bệnh/ Minimum of University major in Hospital Management, Business Administration. Medical qualifications are preferred. Have a practicing certificate if concurrently doing medical examination and treatment

-        Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý, điều hành khoa hoặc bệnh viện/ At least 3 years of experience in a management position, operating a department or hospital.
