This is a temporary headcount, which will last for 8 months. You will receive all the benefits similar to a full-time employee.
Import and Export Process :
- Arrange bookings and follow import and export shipments accordings delivery terms.
- Coordination and management of forwarders and related sections to proceed import and export shipments smoothly.
- Prepare and finalize import and export documentation for customs procedures.
Planning:
- Support to balancing the inventory of finished goods of two warehouses to decide on transferring goods to the Hanoi warehouse, according to stock policy.
- Schedule batches (production’s orders and materials) for daily production plans
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
