1) Full responsibility for packaging solution independently from concept into production.
2) Gathering requirements, analyze packaging material, process DFP (Design for packaging)
calculate and create solution.
3) Propose test cases or relevant test methods.
4) Setup and complete testing independently/Coordinate with lab for testing implementation.
5) Analyze data, write the technical report base on test result, draw conclusions.
6) Communicate and discuss findings with customers (foreigner) and colleagues to take action.
7) Work with outside suppliers to develop packaging solutions, deploy from development to mass
production.
8) Standardization of packaging material in manufacturing.
9) Good understanding of technical aspects of packaging processes relevant to EWI’s products
(heath care, fitness, gaming, moto, pump, Electronics/Electric/Industrial device
10) Familiar with outside supplier processes and requirements, with ability to learn more as needed
through independent research and training relative to packaging solutions.
11) Microsoft office or other statistical tools – ability to use advanced functions such as ‘lookup and
reference’, statistical and engineering analysis, ability to communicate data and results in a clear
and professional way.
12) Conduct specific tasks for BOD and Manager.

1) Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management;

2) Experience: Minimum 1 year working experience in similar job field

3) Having knowledge on packaging materials, configurations of packaging (adhesive, paper board, labels, foam, eps,…).

4) Familiar with packaging testing standard (ISTA, ISO,…).

5) Strong 2D and 3D drawing skills, ability to create 3D models from samples.

6) Able to use at least 1 packaging design software/3D design software.

7) Graphics design ability is referred.

8) English fluently is required.
