THE POSITION

Vendor Success Representative will execute these following tasks:

1. Monitoring Vendor Performance:

  • Collaborate with the production team to gather and monitor vendor performance metrics, including volume, delivery time, and quality.
  • Collaborate with the production team to establish agreed-upon actions to address issues with vendors and from vendors to the production team.
  • Follow up on the agreed-upon actions between the vendor and the production team

2. Coordinate with production TS (Technical Support) and QS (Quality Control) to provide technical training for vendors.

  • Identify quality issues and request additional training for vendors as needed.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training and the quality performance of vendors post-training.

3. Explore additional variants to be outsourced to vendors.

  • Collaborate with the production team to compile a list of variants that need to be outsourced to vendors.
  • Arrange training sessions for vendors on new variants.
  • Follow up and request additional support from vendors to ensure successful performance with new variants.

4. Support seeking & onboarding vendor.

5. Offboarding vendor.

Job Requirement

  • Experience: Has at least 1-2 years of working experience in Partnership/Key Account Management/Customer Success etc.
  • Good at interpersonal skills, strong teamwork.
  • Integrity, passion, and can-do attitude.
  • Good at English and Microsoft Office.
