Receive documents, process recording revenue and expenditures related to the dormitory, and update data to accounting software;
Receive information, develop payment processes, and provide guidance to related procedures;
Directly notify, monitor, and answer questions with students about services at the dormitory;
Cross-check with staff about salaries, and purchases... before making payments;
Manage bank subsidiary books related to student service revenues and expenditures;
Advise the management levels on developing appropriate management, revenue, and expenditure policies for dormitories;
Check financial and monetary resources and crosscheck with the cashier;
Balance and reconcile bank account balances monthly.
Job Requirement
1. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, administrative or relevant fields.
2. Experience: At least 01 year of experience in accounting, special in public organization such as public university.
3. Knowledge:
Well-understands about accounting procedures specially in public organization;
Well-knowledge about tax for public organization.
4. Skills:
Be able to communicate in English;
Good computing skills (Word, Excel, PPT,…);
Good communication skills.
5. Behaviours required:
High responsible;
Willing to collaborate, work in team and support colleagues if required;
Honest, careful, modest behavior with colleagues;
Capacity to work under pressure;
