· Manage capacity growth plan to align with company strategy.

· Work with customers, analyze forecasts and trends to prepare capacity.

· Lead alignment with other dept. Development, Merchandising, QA, Technical, Production… to support capacity plan

· Lead correct order allocation to factories and make allocation adjustments to meet the right balance.

· Lead Pull Forward plan and align with relevant departments with good monitoring

· Manage data accuracy and transparency.

· Monitor daily output and efficiency with analysis accordingly

· Professional training and guidance to employees working in the planning department.

· Monitoring and managing the work of staff of the department

· Ensure on-time delivery as per customer's requirement to achieve KPI FOTP 95%.

·   Graduate from business administration , math, computer or relevant school

·   At least 03 years of experience in the same position

·   Excellent in data analyzing and time management

·   Well knowledge in Garment industry & production processes

·   Good communication skills and quick action

·   At least 03 years of experience in the same position, allocation of production plans in large-scale factories.
