-Directly manage Pricing Department to achieve the department’s KPI on freight target, timeline and service quality.

-Analyse market trends, assist in provide pricing strategies for BOD.

-Record and analyze monthly report on volume, price and operation effectiveness.

-Build strong relationship with current & potential agent/forwarder/shipping lines, especially develop strategic relationships with the "core" carriers

-Be responsible for the training and development of pricing staff

-Work closely with other departments within the company to provide satisfying service to customers

-Be responsible for compliance and quality issues for the ocean product of the department

-Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and in being the role model of integrity and pride for all employees.

-Proactively communicate with the team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.
