Planning to purchase raw materials and supplies upon the request of the planning department.
Making contract / purchase order and send to the suppliers.
Track order progress and importing order plans.
Find new suppliers, negotiate prices, check quality, support, and delivery terms, for both spot purchases and long-term agreements to evaluate to get the most suitable supplier
Follow and update information related to suppliers for suppliers’ s evaluation.
Reconcile liabilities with suppliers and make payment requests.
Expedite of existing purchase order in response of changing of customers
Report purchasing activities to manager on weekly basis.
Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
University Degree/ College in related fields
At least two years of experience in the same position
Good English is a plus
Willingness to go on a business trip within Vietnam.
Proficient in computing and MS Office 365.
Good negotiation skills.
Fast learner, Independence, passion for procurement
