1. Lead Procurement team including Electronics and Mechanical materials purchases.
2. Manage and develop team members to work with vendors to obtain best quality, delivery, and prices.
3. Manage Purchase orders to suppliers in accordance with policies and procedures.
4. Monitor and develop relationships with suppliers to achieve procurement targets in price, delivery, and quality.
5. Manage ERP system relative to Purchasing parameters as well as Purchase orders.
6. Resolve daily (tactical) issues related with suppliers, such as claims & litigations.
7. Perform risk analysis-identification and resolution of supply issues to meet commitments.
8. Negotiate supplier agreements including long-term contracts.
9. Identify cost reduction including payment term opportunities, manage the cost reduction plan, and report figures.
10. Establish and implement benchmarks and metrics including scorecards to set baseline standards and review for improvement opportunities.
11. Additional responsibilities as required to meet business needs.

1. University degree or college diploma: major in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administrative, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience at procurement management level in the Electronics or Mechatronics materials purchases field or Manufacturing companies.
3. High working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
4. Business system experience (MRP/Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP experience).
5. Excellent communication skills for both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English.
6. Ability to persuade and influence others.
7. Familiarity with Continuous Improvement concepts and practices.
8. Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001 requirements.
9. In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
10. Strong negotiation skills and contract management.
